Constructive Thinking Experts

The Village at Redcliffe is a master-planned retirement community that on completion will be home to over 1,050 residents.

ALLROADS have been involved in the residential development project since Stage 1 works began and to date have successfully completed eleven stages of works. We have continued to be awarded new stages of work due to our ability to deliver each contract of works on time, on budget and to both the client and consultant specifications.

Works across all contracts have included: bulk earthworks, road construction, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, major water trunk mains, pavements, concrete works, electrical reticulation, major drainage structures and retaining walls.

In undertaking these works, ground conditions have been the biggest challenge, with the development located in a recognised tidal zone. This has seen ALLROADS adopt a number of specific construction methodologies and flood mitigation strategies to ensure the development meets all local Council requirements.

Despite the challenges involved, ALLROADS have still successfully delivered each stage of works both on time and to budget and are proud of our continuing involvement in the Redcliffe project.
