Teviot Road Pavement Rehabilitation

As part of Logan City Councils’ Panel of Preferred Providers for Civil Construction Services – Road Infrastructure, ALLROADS were awarded the contract to undertake Pavement Rehabilitation on Teviot Road, Carbrook for Logan City Council.

Construction works included the reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing road surface by cement stabilising the pavement. This included completing a trial product by Logan City Council for an AC10 mix blended with reinforced fibre.

The works were completed under live traffic while still maintaining access to residents and stakeholders. Changes to traffic conditions were communicated with local residences with minimum disturbances.

Careful programming and strategic staging were integral in order to ensure a safe and trafficable site was maintained throughout the construction duration. 

Safety was always maintained in accordance with ALLROADS Safety Management System procedure and policy.

The Project was completed within the contract time as well as an additional 200 lineal meters of pulverisation and stabilisation and surfacing works ordered by Council.

  • 1,521t of resurfacing works (AC10)

  • 280t of resurfacing works (AC10 with mix blended with reinforced fibre)
