At ALLROADS it is our staff who are at the core of our success and we strive to attract and retain experienced personnel in order to sustain a team of loyal, highly skilled employees who are focused on achieving successful outcomes.
With over 150 permanent staff and up to 15 construction crews based across Queensland and Western Australia, ALLROADS are well positioned to self-perform the majority of our works. In addition, we have developed an extensive network of subcontractors and suppliers to further enhance our specialist capabilities and ensure the quality of our project delivery.
With a fleet of over 120 items of plant and equipment, ALLROADS offers a significant point of difference from a number of our competitors by having the capacity to provide plant and equipment resourcing for our projects internally.
ALLROADS fleet includes a range of larger plant items such as D10 and D11 Dozers and 631 and 627 Scrapers. These, and other plant items, have been used extensively on our Mine Site and Resource sector projects and are therefore already set-up to meet mine site specifications. We also have the internal capability to float equipment to regional sites with minimal notice.
