BM Alliance Coal Operations Pty Ltd (BMA) is one of the world’s largest suppliers of high-quality coking coal to the seaborne market.  

Located in the Bowen Basin Region of Queensland, 30km of Moranbah, 
ALLROADS has been contracted to construct haul roads and hardstands, earth pads, stormwater drainage, gravel pavement, electrical infrastructure and digital masts construction over seven sites.

In addition; The scope includes all management, labour, supervision, training, authorisations, construction plant and equipment, tooling, temporary works and power, tie-ins, facilities plus additional for Company, amenities, materials and equipment, mobilisation and demobilisation, accommodation, transport, lubricants and consumables required for the safe delivery of scope requirements for the DRS at GRM, incorporating BRM.

Safe operation within QLD Coal Mining legislation and the BMA’s strict safety & health management system. 

  • 11,000m3 of cut to spoil and cut to fill earthworks

  • Construction of 6 stormwater culverts ranging from 450mm to 600mm dia.

  • 600m3 of Rock protection 

  • $2m of Electrical Infrastructure

  • 8000m3 Top Soil Stripping

  • 3000m3 Gravel Road Base for Haul Road construction

  • Construction of 6 Digital Radio Masts

  • Detailed Project Management Plans and Construction Methodologies

  • Compliance with Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 and Coal Mining Safety and Health Regulation 2017
