At ALLROADS our leadership commitment, core values and ethics guide the manner in which we deliver our projects. To view a copy of our Leadership Values and Ethics Policy click here.
We place a high emphasis on safety, quality, environmental and training requirements and have a highly developed Integrated Management System to ensure the effective management of these critical areas of project delivery.
At ALLROADS we believe that “Safety is no accident” and the health and safety of our employees and contractors is our primary focus. We are committed to providing safe systems of work and a safe working environment.
We are proud of our excellent safety record built on our dedication to follow the appropriate procedures set down in our Safety Policy. Our Safety Management System is 3rd Party accredited against AS NZS 4801:2001, OHSAS 18001:2007 and we hold prequalification under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme.
ALLROADS operations are underpinned by the firm belief that quality is not just the delivery of the end product; but rather quality impacts on, and should be managed through, every aspect of our business.
All works undertaken conform to the requirements of our AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 third party accredited Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS is governed by the principles outlined in our Quality Policy and enables us to provide our clients with accurate and timely information regarding control, audit, conformance and testing during and after the project’s construction.
In addition, ALLROADS has Department of Transport and Main Roads accreditation (R3 Conditional/B2/F50); meeting all their system and financial requirements.
Environmental awareness in construction has become an integral part of everyday business planning and we are committed to achieving excellence in environmental management and compliance. To that extent our Environmental Management System has been third party accredited against AS/NZS ISO 14001: 2004.
We also continue to seek out new and innovative ways to minimise negative environmental impacts on our worksites, enabling us to reduce our carbon footprint and enhance environmental sustainability. As part of our dedication to continually improve our environmental practices on site we, have looked to incorporate the following actions on our projects where possible:
• Separation of waste on site into general and recyclable waste and use of disposal facilities that operate recycling systems,
• Use of recycled materials in construction,
• Utilise recycled water and water from the existing open channels,
• Choose electrically powered equipment and mains power over petrol generators,
• Deployment of plant and equipment with high green ratings.
At ALLROADS we strive to achieve industry leading standards in construction excellence. To ensure this standard is maintained, we have invested a great deal of time and effort into the development of training manuals for various disciplines. As a process we call this “ALL-TRAIN”, with each employee afforded the opportunity to tailor their own ALL-TRAIN Experience.
Some of the training we make available to our staff includes:
- Induction Training,
